The Role
Joining a new and fast-growing division of Canopius, helping build a market-leading Portfolio Solutions offering globally. The role will include technical portfolio analysis and client engagement. Building and maintaining new, innovative portfolio products within profitable guidelines and regulations, facilitating underwriting activities and programmes that are of high standard and compliant with Canopius’s governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing individual broker clients and taking ownership of the relationship.
- Creating and revising underwriting guidelines, monitoring contracts monthly, and disseminating information and intelligence to the wider open market underwriting teams.
- Collaborating to manage deal progression of new and renewing business.
- Acting as a technical expert internally, representing the division in all internal matters.
- Seeking new opportunities and exploring internal collaboration with innovative insights.
- Ensuring all work aligns with company policies and is documented to a high standard.
- Planning and organizing own work, maintaining high communication within the team.
- Fostering a positive culture in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
