Eames are currently hiring an Underwriter to join a market-leading portfolio underwriting team focused on broker facilities, consortia, MGA platforms, and delegated underwriting strategies.

This role is ideal for someone looking to step away from day-to-day individual risk selection and take on a more strategic position - focusing on analysing portfolio performance, collaborating with brokers, and influencing underwriting direction through data-led insight.

We’re very open on background, whether this is individuals coming from an MGA/insurer/broking environment - but you'll need strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
