Underwriter - Political and Financial Risk, Slough

This is an opportunity to join a continually growing underwriting platform within the credit and political risks space. With an established team already in place, they are looking for another experienced underwriting professional to complement the team. The division has a diverse financial risks specialism and is seeking someone eager to work across all areas within financial risks, including non-payment insurance, structured risk, and trade credit. If you have a particular expertise in this area, you could bring this knowledge while diversifying across a broader remit.

Opportunities to travel and work globally are available. This business offers an excellent chance to learn and develop alongside key specialists within this field. Ideally, you should already have underwriting experience in these areas, but a broker with an established background in political and financial risks will also be considered. Candidates with a minimum of 4 years in credit risk, who haven't reached underwriter status yet, will also be considered if they are aspiring to progress to an advanced Assistant Underwriter role.
