We are looking for an Underwriter to join our leading and highly successful Casualty Reinsurance team based in London. Your role will involve engaging with clients, brokers, and AXA XL stakeholders across all aspects of the underwriting process, including renewal business and new opportunities. You should have the technical ability to independently price business and a solid understanding of Casualty coverage. You will work closely with portfolio managers to ensure risk appetite is optimized and will source new opportunities, leveraging your communication and relationship skills to grow the portfolio profitably. Additionally, you will participate in business planning, monitor financial exposure, and support claims settlement processes.
· Proven experience in Casualty Reinsurance

· Ability to follow procedures and exercise discretion
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
