Job description

Your Role

To support the development of all GardX insured business, to assist in the delivery of maximum return on investment, at operational level through delivery of business objectives via, insured products, key clients, senior managers, and strategic partners.

To ensure there is a culture of continual business improvement established and maintained for all business activities.

To facilitate and promote positive and timely business growth within a regulated framework.

Role Purpose

• Achieve and maintain positive business relationships.
• Adhere to inward and outward Service Level Agreements.
• Analyze and cleanse data including rate production.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports.
• Manage internal and external rate cards.

Key Attributes

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft software e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Time management and organization skills.
• Previous experience in an administrative role.
• Some experience in client, partner, and team negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in a general insurance business but not essential.
• Ambitious and desire to move forward within the GardX business.
• GardX will support the right candidate to move forward with a CII Qualification.
