KierBAM in Plymouth is seeking an experienced Service Locator to identify and manage underground services at the Devonport Royal Dockyard redevelopment site. You will locate, mark and document services, support safe working methods, and provide teams with clear overviews of on-site risks.

The role requires knowledge of PAS 128 and TSA, experience with GPR, electromagnetic locate equipment, and surveying tools such as CAT and Genny.

Qualifications

• Experience locating underground services with geophysical methods.
• Familiarity with PAS 128 and TSA standards.
• Ability to interpret service drawings and site records.

Responsabilités

• Locate underground services and mark them on the ground with depth/type.
• Authorise and maintain Permit to Break Surface documentation.
• Provide teams with overviews of services and safe-working methods.
