Join us for your placement year in summer 2026! Our internships are designed to give you an insight into what it's like to work for a world‑renowned brand with a culture of support and community.

Planning team sit within the Service Dept and responsible for the planning the workload of approx 300 nationwide engineers who will conduct over 250,000 customer facing jobs per year.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Key contact for 30-35 Bosch engineers (inbound & outbound calls)
  • Exception management of jobs booking outside of the day capacity
  • Responding to daily unplanned activities (engineer sickness, van issues, customer cancellations)
  • Complaint handling of customer issues
  • Ordering of spare parts within the agreed time

Contract Duration: 1 year

Working Hours:

  • 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunchbreak
