As an Undergraduate on a 12 month placement you will gain knowledge and experience of the theoretical, analytical and hands-on methods that ensure our products are safe and effective for human use. You’ll work on tasks such as User Experience (UX) research and cockpit design and assessments. You’ll learn about workplace design, User-centred design (UCD), information and control requirements, human machine interactions and environmental ergonomics alongside psychological considerations such as cognitive workload, stress, vigilance and fatigue.

The stages of our application process include: a short online application. If you’re successful, you'll then complete an online assessment with interactive activities, and an on-demand video interview. The next stage is competency-based interview, either virtual or face-to-face.
