Through thorough research, we locate lost and dormant account holders and provide them with the guidance needed to claim their assets. A role you will love

As an Unclaimed Asset Coordinator, you’ll oversee the entire asset reunification process. Conduct thorough research campaigns to verify asset holder data and locate individuals. You’ll also advise asset holders about their unclaimed assets and support them throughout the claims process.

You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls to assist with the claim process and address queries. Managing a caseload of research, you'll use various databases to locate asset holders and participate in outbound calling campaigns. Accurate data updates on our in-house database are essential, and you may have additional duties as needed.
