Job Title: Ultrasound Probe Lab Manager

The Ultrasound Probe Repair Lab Manager will oversee repair lab operations and lead a team of technicians. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality repairs, maintaining compliance with ISO 13485 standards, and actively contributing to hands-on repair work. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous training and process improvement.

• Supervise, mentor, and train a team of ultrasound probe repair technicians.
• Allocate tasks efficiently to ensure timely and high-quality repairs.
• Foster a positive and productive working environment.

Technical Expertise & Hands-On Repair:

• Perform complex repairs and troubleshooting on various ultrasound probe models.
• Support technicians with challenging repairs and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in ultrasound probe repair processes.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Ensure all repair activities comply with ISO 13485 and other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Conduct quality control checks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate repair records and documentation.

Training & Development:

• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance technician skills.
• Keep the team updated with industry advancements and repair techniques.

Workshop Operations & Efficiency:

• Manage inventory of repair tools, parts, and equipment.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows.
