Role Overview: The Ultrasound Probe Repair Lab Manager will oversee repair lab operations, lead a team of technicians, ensure high-quality repairs, maintain compliance with ISO 13485 standards, and contribute to hands-on repair work. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous training and process improvement.

  • Supervise, mentor, and train a team of ultrasound probe repair technicians.
  • Allocate tasks efficiently to ensure timely and high-quality repairs.
  • Foster a positive and productive working environment.
  • Perform complex repairs and troubleshooting on various ultrasound probe models.
  • Support technicians with challenging repairs and provide technical guidance.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in ultrasound probe repair processes.
  • Ensure all repair activities comply with ISO 13485 and other relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct quality control checks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate repair records and documentation.
