Job summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated administrator to join the Ultrasound Administration team on a full-time basis. The role involves 37.5 hours over 4 days (Mon-Fri) across two sites: University Hospital Coventry and Hospital of St Cross.

The post requires excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills and will involve confidential administrative duties within a busy department.

Job description

To provide comprehensive and confidential administrative activities to meet the needs of the service in accordance with Departmental, Trust and National standards, policies and procedures. To effectively communicate patient information and advice to enable the multi-disciplinary team to achieve operational excellence.

The Ultrasound Administration team is looking for a dynamic, hard-working, individual to join our busy department working under the supervision of Senior staff.

This vacancy is for a full-time 37.5 hours over 4 days (Monday-Friday). Appointee to cover 2 sites, University Hospital Coventry and Hospital of St Cross.

Candidates must have excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
