C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking a Luxury Travel Specialist in Hampshire to join a small, high-performing team specialising in bespoke, ultra-luxury travel. You will manage the complete client journey from initial enquiry through to booking, trip delivery and post-trip follow-up.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling and arranging ultra-luxury travel for high-net-worth clients.
• Strong, current knowledge of luxury travel destinations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand clients’ needs and translate them into personalised travel experiences.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex bookings.

Responsabilités

• Manage incoming sales enquiries and convert them into high-value bookings through exceptional client service.
• Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and understand their preferences.
• Create tailored proposals, itineraries and quotations based on client requirements and budgets.
• Negotiate with luxury hotels, property owners, operators and suppliers for best experiences and terms.
• Manage the full client journey from enquiry to post-trip follow-up.
• Coordinate travel arrangements including private aviation, ground transport, luxury accommodation, and bespoke events.
• Handle trip budgets, booking finances and accurate financial records.
• Maintain accurate client information and CRM records; support marketing with market intelligence.
