Job summary

The University of Leicester's School of Engineering is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate the CIRCARB programme, working with a multidisciplinary consortium and PI to monitor plans, milestones, budgets and risks.

You will organise consortium meetings, prepare papers, reports, and minutes, support dissemination and stakeholder engagement, and ensure timely governance and progress across the project.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or equivalent in an appropriate discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience coordinating or managing complex research, innovation or externally funded projects.
• Experience planning and monitoring milestones, deliverables, risks and deadlines; preparing reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reporting and governance requirements for the CIRCARB programme.
• Monitor project plans, milestones, deliverables, budgets, resources and risks.
• Organise consortium meetings, workshops and project events; prepare papers, presentations, minutes and action logs.
