Organizational Structure: The Outsourcing Conduct Manager UKISA is part of the Consumer Lines team under the leadership of the President of Consumer Lines EMEA. This role aligns with the Head of Conduct, Oversight, and Customer Experience.

This position demands a thought leader with extensive expertise in conduct risk, regulatory compliance, and product governance within the insurance or financial services sectors. A thorough understanding of the UK and Ireland's regulatory environments, with additional knowledge about South Africa, is highly desirable.
