Your Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a UKIN Security Manager, aligned with our Contract Logistics product, to maintain integrity and safety across our logistics operations. You will ensure security protocols, compliance, loss prevention, investigations, projects, and new business support are effectively managed.

This pivotal role involves collaborating with stakeholders across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics, requiring regular travel.

What You Will Do

  • Implement and manage security strategies in compliance with legislation, GDPR, and security standards.
  • Ensure site compliance with fire protection and dangerous goods processes.
  • Develop and monitor controls, conduct assessments, and eliminate risks.
  • Manage security service contracts and suppliers.
  • Conduct site security audits and investigations.
  • Improve security tools, methodologies, and policies.
  • Provide security updates, communications, and training.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in security and compliance management, preferably in logistics or warehousing.
  • Experience in investigations, audits, risk assessments, and security implementations.
  • Knowledge of fire protection and dangerous goods processes.
  • Strong relationship-building, report writing, and investigative skills.
  • Decision-making, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
