Will be part of CSS EMEA Operations organization

2-3 days per week required in London and/or Reading offices

We are looking for a motivated professional with 6-8 years of similar experience in multinational companies, preferably in the Tech industry.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization's financial and tactical business objectives.
  • Implement and optimize business practices and processes.
  • Develop, communicate, and train the organization on these practices and processes.
  • Serve as a liaison with divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
  • Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicators against business objectives.
  • Update management on budget and forecast deviations and opportunities.
  • Inform management about economic impacts and compliance issues related to key business decisions or deals.
  • Communicate Oracle Business Practices and monitor processes for full compliance.
  • Drive the implementation of new processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lead, contribute individually, and mentor others.
  • Handle non-routine and complex work, applying advanced technical and business skills.
  • Ability to organize and display data in spreadsheets.
  • Follow-through skills to obtain information from internal and external sources and correct data errors or omissions.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
