McDonald's UKI is seeking a Senior Director, Strategy, Insights to shape growth priorities and translate market needs into actionable bets. You will lead cross-functional work and influence senior leaders across a complex matrix with credibility and delivery focus.

This role offers high exposure to leadership and a platform for broader leadership progression as you develop the UKI strategy capability and drive consumer-led strategies for profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Strong strategy consulting and/or corporate strategy experience.
• Track record of consumer-centric commercial strategies.
• Leads complex cross-functional projects with actionable recommendations.
• Experience in matrixed environments and influencing senior stakeholders without authority.
• Strong analytical, financial and commercial capability in consumer businesses.
• People leadership and senior director-level development experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and improve UKI strategy function's operating rhythm.
• Coordinate annual and longer-term strategic planning for the UKI.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop consumer-led strategies for profitable growth.
• Translate insights into practical roadmaps, measures and governance for action.
• Build relationships across UKI, international and global organisation to share learning.
• Develop the capability of the strategy team and promote disciplined problem solving.
