Job summary

Flutter is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy for the UKI region, with a strong background in strategy consulting and data-enabled decision making. You will work with the Strategy & Growth Director and LT sponsors to shape UKI priorities, mobilise the business, and scoping pivotal initiatives across the Flutter group with close collaboration to BI and research teams.

You will drive delivery of strategic projects, develop board-ready materials, and influence senior stakeholders to accelerate pace

Qualifications

2-3 years strategy consulting experience or equivalent corporate/financial setting.
Track record of leading sizeable workstreams with complex collaboration.
Experience delivering strategy projects using primary research and data.
Strong storytelling with high impact messaging; bias to action.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain expertise in strategic topics affecting the UKI business.
Drive delivery of key strategic projects with senior partners; ensure consensus and pace.
Collaborate with Research, BI & Strategy teams to develop actionable insights.
Co-create board-ready strategy materials with the Strategy Director and LT sponsors.
