Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead OPEX procurement across UKI operations, building strong relationships with stakeholders and driving value across multiple delivery sites in the South-west England region.

You will own end-to-end procurement processes and support network-wide initiatives. The role involves managing supplier performance, contract governance, and spend analysis, with a focus on sustainability and risk prevention within a fast-paced global procurement

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business, IT or any other procurement related career.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint).
• Experience in contracts management.
• Bachelor's Degree with Procurement or Supply Chain focus, or significant relevant Procurement experience.
• Negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs across assigned sites, ensuring requirements are justified through analysis and recommendations.
• Build effective stakeholder relationships across site operations, focusing on cost, lead times, and contract elements.
• Use Coupa and other tools to provide accurate metrics, reporting and data, including supplier performance metrics.
• Lead end-to-end OPEX Procurement processes: needs, sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, risk assessment, contracting, and implementation follow-up.
• Create and execute contractual agreements, such as Work Orders and Master Supply Agreements.
• Support contract lifecycle management activities and UK-wide procurement projects.
• Manage supplier performance governance to ensure high service levels and compliance with invoicing and payments.
• Identify savings opportunities, perform spend analysis, and support strategy for ATS UKI network.
