Job Description: SAP Tax Consultant (Senior Manager)

Deliver and implement Tax Transformation projects within the Indirect Tax Transformation team.

Core skills and attributes for success

• SAP Tax experience with 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects, focusing on VAT/GST or Sales & Use Tax.
• Experience in multi-country tax requirements gathering and deployment.
• Consulting background preferred, with experience interacting with clients on large-scale projects.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality work with attention to detail.
• Experience leading project teams or workstreams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Minimum qualifications

• Over 7 years’ experience in SAP, especially in S/4HANA deployments for Tax.
• Experience in 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects in a client-facing role.
• Knowledge of VAT / GST / E-invoice configuration & development in SAP.
• For Senior Manager role: ability to lead tax workstreams and deliverables.
• Deep understanding of cross-module testing (FI-SD, FI-MM).

Additional desired skills

• Understanding of technologies like SQL/CDS views, data analytics, cloud computing, AI/ML.
• Experience with planning, consolidation, and financial reporting processes.
• Skills related to SAP and Direct Tax data, Transfer Pricing data, and SAP tools like SAC, PaPM, DRC, Group Reporting, GTS.
• Previous consulting experience is a plus.
