The opportunity

Due to significant growth following a number of high-profile client wins, we are looking for a Corporate Tax Manager. The role offers the opportunity to work on some of the largest and most exciting clients in the market to help support them as they navigate an increasingly complex tax environment.

Your key responsibilities:

• Grow and maintain relationships with both existing and new clients
• Manage the successful delivery of technically complex tax compliance and reporting engagements, as well as related consulting projects
• Involve in tax audit engagements
• Provide exceptional client service
• Collaborate with other tax specialist teams
• Develop staff through supervision, coaching, and mentoring
• Lead team initiatives and manage team success

Skills and attributes for success:

• Significant experience in corporate tax, from practice or in-house
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Business development skills to identify and convert opportunities
• Effective time management and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Commitment to delivering quality work

Minimum qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience as a corporate tax practitioner
• ACA / CA / ACCA / CTA or equivalent qualifications
