UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos) SME - 12 months - GBP450/day Inside IR35 - Hybrid 3dpw London

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support and carry out system integrations, upgrades, and enhancements.
2. Provide technical support and resolve issues.
3. Train end users.
4. Maintain documentation (incident management, analysis, best practices, etc.).
5. Troubleshoot UKG Dimensions and Passport users.
6. Create, configure, and maintain UKG Pro WFM modules, including timekeeping, absence, advanced scheduling, and analytics.
7. Integrate and support Passport application.

Key Requirements:

1. Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM, especially in timekeeping, absence, advanced scheduling, and analytics.
2. Knowledge of UKG Pro WFH processes and a good understanding of the solution.
3. Experience with SAP HR and Passport application knowledge are a plus.
