Job Overview:
Member of the Enterprise Business Information Systems Group, specializing in Time and Attendance, Advanced Scheduler, Mobile applications. Responsible for providing integration support for HCM and other enterprise applications. Provide functional production support to affiliate sites; assist in the implementation of new affiliates, and support upgrades of new releases and other system technical functions.
Qualifications:
Required:
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Finance, or relevant degree, or equivalent experience.
- Gather business requirements from functional, business users, and vendors.
- Create new and modify existing customizations.
- In-depth knowledge of UKG Time and Attendance, Data Hub, Advanced Scheduler, Absence Management, Analytics modules.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in UKG Pro WFM product.
- At least 5 years of experience in Time and Attendance, Advanced Scheduler products.
- Lead other functional and/or technical resources supporting UKG Time and Attendance, Advanced Scheduler applications.
- Ability to resolve complex functional/technical issues and system performance issues using a broad understanding of UKG system.
- Ability to assess and support new applications upon onboarding.
- Streamline and assist with complex reporting requirements.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced and challenging environment, prioritizing projects as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Issue analysis skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements to meet business objectives.
Scheduling Requirements:
- Full-time, Day shift.
- Willingness to travel to different affiliates within the healthcare system as needed.
Essential Functions:
Time and Labor Management Application:
- Understand the functional capabilities of the applications and supporting infrastructure.
- Work with business owners to understand priorities and support software configuration.
- Collaborate with Payroll Managers to enable key processes leveraging application capabilities.
- Understand and document data models for analytics.
- Manage and maintain key data elements securely and reliably.
- Develop and communicate a technical vision for short-term and long-term solutions.
- Follow IT standards, procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Analyze system requirements and define overall structure.
- Assist other staff with functional and technical issues.
- Analyze systems focusing on specifications, configurations, testing, and documentation.
- Provide strategic expertise to ensure seamless payroll management.
- Monitor application of time and attendance policies to align with company objectives.
Staffing, Scheduling tools & Clocks:
- Troubleshoot payroll processing or integration issues using staffing systems.
- Develop workarounds for client issues.
- Mentor and train support associates.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor system testing during conversions for accuracy.
- Provide consulting services, including report creation and integration support.
- Customize UKG applications to meet user needs.
- Develop training tailored to user requirements.
- Ensure timely resolution of helpdesk tickets.
- Document and troubleshoot software problems.
- Review regulations (HIPAA, PCI-DSS) for compliance.
- Work with development teams to troubleshoot and tune applications.
- Conduct problem management activities.
- Perform daily system monitoring and maintenance.
