Job summary

PepsiCo UK is seeking an UK Transformation Manager on a maternity cover basis starting January 2027. You will coordinate strategic programmes, governance forums and productivity initiatives across the UK&I business, partnering with senior leaders to realise business benefits and manage risks.

The role blends programme management, executive governance, change management and productivity leadership, offering exposure to senior stakeholders and key strategic initiatives within a FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• This role requires significant experience in Transformation, PMO and cross-functional delivery.
• Proven track record delivering complex programmes with governance and oversight.
• Experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO and governance activities across UK transformation initiatives.
• Drive programme planning, milestones and delivery tracking.
• Manage risks, dependencies, assumptions and issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver transformation objectives.
• Ensure escalation and resolution of delivery challenges.
• Support teams with governance, structure and delivery best practice.
• Lead UK End to End Transformation Steerco and report progress.
