Reporting to the Head of Theatrical Marketing, the role’s core function is to support Campaign Managers across all aspects of a film’s theatrical marketing campaign. The role involves leading on some smaller scale theatrical and reissue releases, coordinating exhibitor advertising across all titles, and providing general support to the team.

Main Duties:
- Assist Campaign Managers with project management of assigned titles across all areas of theatrical marketing, including creative delivery, media, exhibitor activity, promotions, digital/social, and events.
- Lead marketing campaigns for smaller theatrical titles and STUDIOCANAL reissue titles in collaboration with the Home Entertainment team where appropriate.
- Coordinate exhibitor advertising, ensuring titles have a strong presence across exhibitor real estate, including site checks and maintaining contact databases.
- Manage the weekly cinema materials dispatch and liaise with print/distribution houses to ensure timely delivery.
- Support the Senior Promotions and Partnerships Manager with promotional activities such as screening programs, brand tie-ins, merchandise, and competitions.
- Collaborate with the UK Senior Digital Marketing Manager and Campaign Manager on social media strategies and content for assigned titles.
- Develop relationships with internal teams, international colleagues, media agencies, promotional partners, and exhibitors.
- Oversee the design and production of promotional POS materials, including invitations and cinema POS.
- Ensure campaign materials are available on internal asset sites.
- Assist with purchase orders, invoicing, and administrative tasks as needed.
- Stay informed about marketing trends and competitor campaigns.
Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of the film and distribution industry, including agencies and UK media owners.
- Over 3 years of experience in film or entertainment marketing, ideally in distribution.
- Strong copywriting and proofing skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple campaigns and workload.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills in English.
- Assertive and confident work approach.
- Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and good reporting skills.
- Team player with a passion for film and regular cinema attendance.
