Key accountabilities
Reporting to the TCL UK Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain SA Coordinator will be responsible for:
1) Sales Administration
- Process EDI customer POs or follow customer’s POs manually.
- Check PO prices against the net2 price list; accept sales orders and create sales orders in SAP.
- Update POs into the order file and monitor stock allocation.
- Coordinate with the finance department regarding CL/AR and cut-off price releases in SAP.
- Prepare trucks: consolidate goods for full truckloads, arrange repacking to match order quantities and EU certified pallet requirements, and optimize truck loadings (order splitting per truck, maximum truck utilization).
- Book delivery slots with customers.
- Coordinate with logistics companies to arrange trucks and confirm pricing.
- Issue shipping instructions to warehouse/Factory.
- Monitor production, loading, palletization, and logistics requests; ensure loading quantities match CMR documentation.
- Track truck arrivals and delivery status until completion.
- Provide customers with POD copies after truck arrival if needed.
- Issue invoices, debit & credit notes, process sales returns, and distribute documents to customers & KAMs.
- Maintain daily order fulfillment records, update order statuses, and communicate with KAMs, customers, forwarders, warehouse, and other departments.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide requested information.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales and supply chain reports summarizing orders.
2) Coordinate Goods Supply
- Verify product availability dates and allocations with the Planning Manager.
- Provide KAMs with availability and delivery information.
- Collect and communicate delivery dates and locations for products.
- Coordinate inbound shipments of TVs from China.
3) Manage Invoice Flow
- Verify and process transport invoices; record detailed logistics data.
- Register purchase and transport prices for each shipment.
4) Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for CM.
