Roche is seeking a UK Study Start-Up Lead based onsite in Welwyn, United Kingdom, to drive efficient study start-up processes for Roche-sponsored trials. You will collaborate with local and global teams and CROs to ensure timely site activation and regulatory compliance across therapeutic areas.

• Experience in clinical trial start-up and regulatory submissions.
• Strong knowledge of UK research and regulatory environments (REC/MHRA/HRA submission processes).
• Budgeting and contracting development experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the country's study start-up strategy with a focus on efficiency, innovation and external stakeholder collaboration.
• Oversee start-up operations, site activation, and regulatory compliance.
• Engage with ethics boards and health authorities to align on policies and practices.
• Provide strategic planning and oversight for budgeting and contract management.
• Identify and drive opportunities for process automation, standardisation and innovation.
• Champion inclusive behaviours and growth opportunities for the team.
