What would you do as our Service Sales Manager

As our Service Sales Manager, you will have the passion to deliver an outstanding customer and employee experience while demonstrating the attitudes and behaviors expected by the group. A key part of the role will be to collaborate with the UK Head of Service to help drive the external team to achieve targeted revenues & gross margin targets annually.

You would also:

  1. Define and implement KPIs for the team members and regularly monitor performance in line with the metrics.
  2. Work closely with the UK Head of Service to achieve targeted results annually.
  3. Lead and develop the external service sales team to achieve the required results.
  4. Provide relevant training to help the external service sales team achieve their best potential.
  5. Take full line management responsibility and work closely with HR when required.
