We are looking for these traits in our new UK Sales Account Executive.

We seek a consultative-focused Sales Consultant who can creatively solve problems rather than engage in quick-fire transactional selling.


If you're content with a forecasted £150K OTE, you may not be aligned with the full scope of opportunities. However, if earning up to £250K excites you, then we are aligned and would love to hear from you.


We want people who aim to build something, scale their careers 2-3 times faster, and are not shy about earning money in the process.

  • UK Sales Account Executive
  • UK Remote with travel to client meetings and periodic London meet-ups
  • £65,000 - £75,000, with uncapped OTE

Your Background / Skills:

Legal Practice Management Software Sales, Legal-Tech Sales, B2B SaaS Sales.


Who we are:

Actionstep pioneers SaaS products, specializing in Legal Practice Management software. We are expanding our UK commercial team to drive growth in the UK market.


The UK Sales Account Executive Role:

Based in the UK, with proven SaaS sales experience in the legal industry. You will grow our customer base and meet sales targets through effective prospecting and outbound activities. This role offers a chance to make an impact in a successful cloud-based tech business.

Skills & Abilities:

  • 5+ years SaaS sales experience

  • Self-directed, resourceful, and willing to go the extra mile
  • Strong technical aptitude and desire to learn our technology and industry
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
