Job description

Social network you want to login/join with:

We believe that delivering the best outcomes for our clients starts with thinking long-term and acting with conviction. Those principles underpin everything we do at Orbis. We’re looking for a marketer who combines commercial instinct with technical understanding, and who is excited to help articulate our differentiated approach to UK investors.

This is an opportunity to join a close-knit, investment-led team where marketing plays a strategic role. You’ll collaborate with client-facing colleagues, investment professionals and global marketing specialists to translate our thinking into clear, credible and commercially effective communications and campaigns.

With over £1 billion in UK retail assets and more than £32 billion globally, our ambition is to become a reference point for excellence in multi-asset and global equity investing. We aim to earn that position by remaining true to our core principles: fundamental research, patient ownership, and performance-aligned fees. Our focus is on sustainable growth—guided by clarity, conviction and a long-term commitment to our clients.

As a UK Senior Marketing Associate, you’ll support the Head of UK Marketing in shaping and executing our strategy. You’ll help drive brand engagement, influence key audiences, and deliver integrated, data-informed campaigns. We’re looking for someone dynamic and detail-oriented, with high standards and strong digital fluency.

If you’re excited by the idea of contributing to a firm that thinks differently—and want to be part of a thoughtful, collaborative team—we’d love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities will include

  • Support the Head of UK Marketing in planning and delivering campaigns and communications that engage financial intermediaries and investors.
  • Contribute to marketing across paid, owned, and earned media—including digital advertising, content, and PR
  • Help shape clear, consistent messaging that reflects Orbis’ investment approach across all materials and channels
  • Assist with digital prospecting, including email automation, lead nurturing, and client journey optimisation
  • Maintain and update digital content to ensure relevance, accuracy, and alignment with client needs
  • Collaborate with investment, business development, and global marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution
  • Liaise with external agencies and partners to support effective campaign delivery
  • Deliver client-led initiatives informed by audience insights, ensuring outputs are engaging, actionable, and aligned with adviser and investor needs
  • Use data and analytics to inform targeting, support optimisation, and track campaign effectiveness
  • Contribute to regular marketing reporting, including updates for senior stakeholders
  • Ensure all marketing activity complies with regulatory standards and internal sign-off processes.

Your qualifications and experience

  • Strong academic background with analytical and strategic capability
  • Proven experience in a marketing role within asset & wealth management, with a strong grasp across the full mix
  • Digitally fluent, with experience in marketing tech and automation tools
  • Solid understanding of the UK adviser and wholesale market
  • Creative thinker with strong communication and relationship skills
  • Proven project management ability and attention to detail
  • Data-driven with experience using insights to shape marketing activity
  • Comfortable working across teams and managing agency relationships
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to explore emerging tools, including AI
  • A collaborative self-starter with high standards and a proactive mindset
