Sales Manager (Asset Management) - UK Based - £70-90k- £40k OTE (Exclusive)

About the Company:

The company is a well-established vendor of industrial software, including MES, SCADA, IT/OT, CMMS, and Cyber Security Software.

About the Role:

The Sales Manager will develop relationships with new and existing customers across various industries such as Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Petrochemical, Pharmaceuticals, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies by scheduling and managing team activities.
  • Maintain and update the company CRM with contact, opportunity, and activity information.
  • Demonstrate a technical understanding of the company's products and services to clients.
  • Adjust selling prices based on costs, competition, and market demand.
  • Organize sales visits, product demonstrations, and reference visits.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Engineering, or Consulting. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
