Sales Manager (Asset Management) - UK Based - £70-90k- £40k OTE (Exclusive)

About the Company:

The company is a well-established and recognized vendor of industrial software, including MES, Scada, IT/OT, CMMS, and Cyber Security Software.

About the Role:

The Sales Manager will develop relationships with new and existing customers across various industries such as Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Petrochemical, Pharmaceuticals, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies by scheduling and managing team activities and following up on results.
  • Maintain and update the company CRM system with contact details, sales opportunities, and activity logs.
  • Demonstrate a technical understanding of the company's products and services to customers.
  • Adjust selling prices based on cost, competition, and market demand.
  • Organize sales visits, product demonstrations, and reference visits.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Engineering, or Consulting with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Required Skills:

Analytical mindset, teamwork, leadership skills, and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Industrial Software or Automation.
