Job summary

Aon UK Retirement is seeking a Data Solutions Consultant to advise on pensions data cleanse projects and provide SME expertise on GMP reconciliation and cleanse initiatives. You will engage with client teams, set strategy, and guide data remediation efforts within a collaborative UK Retirement data solutions team.

The role is hybrid, enabling both virtual work and presence in one of our UK offices, with focus on delivering high-quality data solutions and mentoring colleagues through evolving

Qualifications

• Experience and subject matter expertise of data cleanse projects, such as GMP rectification and re-tranching
• Strong communication skills and experience leading client meetings
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with tight timelines

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on data projects, such as GMP reconciliation and settlement-driven cleanse exercises
• Consult with clients on these projects, to help them set strategy and make decisions
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, including client teams and other specialist teams
• Oversee the implementation of cleanse strategies – determining the best approach, ensuring smooth operation, and solving issues
• Develop others in the team
• Lead or input into process improvement activities
• Work with wider management to meet our business objectives

UK Retirement Data Solutions Consultant

Do you have the skills needed to advise on significant pensions data cleanse projects?

We are looking for a driven individual to join our Data Solutions Team, within Aon’s UK Retirement business. This team brings together specialists from across our business to deliver data project work for clients.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from on of our UK offices.

What the day will look like

• Providing subject matter expertise on data projects, such as GMP reconciliation and settlement-driven cleanse exercises


• Consulting with clients on these projects, to help them set strategy and make decisions


• Liaising with internal stakeholders, including client teams and other specialist teams


• Overseeing the implementation of cleanse strategies – determining the best way of approaching these, ensuring they are running smoothly, and solving any problems that emerge


• Developing others in the team


• Leading or inputting into process improvement activities


• Working with wider management to meet our business objectives

• Ability to identify project risks/issues, and work with internal stakeholders to mitigate these
