The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving overall sales targets by supplying Duplo and third-party OEM print finishing equipment. This includes working closely with existing customers, prospects (B2B), and via channel partners such as dealers, VARs, and OEMs.
Professionally manage channel relationships to enhance business levels, customer loyalty, and satisfaction.
Drive growth from the existing customer base by maintaining engaged, loyal, and supported customers, while continually seeking new opportunities to acquire customers. Build strong relationships between customers and the company, playing a strategic role in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Act as a trusted advisor by educating and informing customers and partners about new innovative technologies that support their business growth.
Provide first-class service and ensure partners and customers maximize benefits from their investments with Duplo. Present Duplo products in a favorable and professional manner during face-to-face demonstrations.
Represent Duplo at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
