Job description

We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in London.

Shift Pattern: Any 5 days out of 7

Contract Type: Temporary

Location: SW11 4AN

Role of a Recruitment Coordinator:

• Pre-screening, assessing, interviewing & inducting candidates.
• Managing the company social media platform
• Liaison with the Clients management team
• Assisting with basic payroll functions
• Adhering to company audit standards
• Dealing with Flexi Workers queries.
• Database maintenance
• Collation of MI.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will need to have:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Confidence in delivering presentations to large groups of candidates.
• PC literate with experience of Excel, Outlook, Word and Databases.
• Excellent Time Management Skills, able to multi task and hit deadlines.
• Works well within a team environment but also under own initiative.
• Data input with a good attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms
• Flexible in working hours to support business needs.
