We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Dunstable.

Shift Pattern: Any 5 days out of 7

Contract Type: Temporary

Location: LU5 4RZ

Role of a Recruitment Coordinator:
  1. Pre-screening, assessing, interviewing & inducting candidates.
  2. Managing the company social media platform.
  3. Liaison with the client's management team.
  4. Assisting with basic payroll functions.
  5. Adhering to company audit standards.
  6. Dealing with Flexi Workers queries.
  7. Database maintenance.
  8. Collation of MI.
Requirements for a Recruitment Coordinator:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Confidence in delivering presentations to large groups of candidates.
  • PC literate with experience of Excel, Outlook, Word, and Databases.
  • Excellent time management skills, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Works well within a team environment but also under own initiative.
  • Data input with good attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Flexible in working hours to support business needs.

Salary: £30,645 per year
