Job Description:
Responsible of the facilities of UK including major buildings located in London, Milton Keynes and Aberdeen, or plants, including Real Estate operations
Coordinates activities related tobuildings, maintenance and works, property transfers and management, and adjustments to existing regulations through effective technical and economic management.

Key interactions
Internally: HSES, Quality, P&C, Communication, Finance, Legal, IT, Project team, Sourcing & Procurement and other related disciplines
Externally: Contractors, Suppliers, Relevant property bodies and institutions, landlord
Typical background and experience required:
Must have: '• Bachelor degree with significant experience in Real Estate or facilities management.
• Knowledge on Finance, Project Management, Construction, related laws and regulation.
