This is an opportunity to join the UK real estate team of a global fund manager.
They need an analyst with 2+ years of real estate transaction experience gained in corporate finance, management consulting, or on the buy-side (investment / asset management).
Working as part of a small team you will be responsible for enhancing the financial and operational performance of a £300m residential portfolio that is generating circa £30m in annual revenues. Responsibilities include optimising returns, leading strategic initiatives, and executing 100-day plans for new assets.
