Job summary

MBDA UK is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager in the Project Procurement team (P-PROC) to lead a team of procurement specialists and subcontract suppliers to deliver world-leading defence capabilities. The role requires strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills, with a focus on on-time, on-cost delivery across complex programmes.

Hybrid working is available (1-2 days on-site) with travel between sites; security clearance requirements apply, including BPSS and SC.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement subcontract management and supplier liaison.
• Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of procurement activities and deliverables.
