Job summary

Mark43 UK is hiring a Product Manager to shape the Case Management roadmap on our UK platform. You will work with customers, Product, Design, Engineering, Delivery, and other teams to move problems from discovery through launch and adoption.

You will bring deep knowledge of policing and public safety, plus enterprise SaaS experience, to translate domain insights into intuitive, scalable software. The role is based in Manchester with three days in-office weekly and requires eligibility for UK

Qualifications

• Experience owning complex software products or workflows from discovery through delivery and adoption.
• Knowledge of policing, public safety, criminal justice, or adjacent government workflows in the UK.
• Ability to translate domain knowledge into practical product decisions with business, design and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Spend time with police officers, staff, and users to map investigations from reporting to case management and identify friction.
• Turn complex operational requirements into simple, scalable product experiences with Design and Engineering.
• Refine the Case roadmap and backlog using feedback, market insights, and data.
• Define problems, requirements, and success measures for new capabilities and drive delivery.
• Demo new functionality to customers and iterate based on feedback.
• Provide product and public safety expertise to Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success teams.
