CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting an Operations Manager for our AkzoNobel contract based in the Midlands/North of England.
About the Role
As a UK Operations Manager, you will oversee the team responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships. This role involves coordinating staff functions and operations to support the organization's goals and strategies.
What You'll Do
- Provide formal supervision to employees.
- Monitor staff training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
- Oversee recruitment and hiring of new employees.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for partnerships.
- Negotiate agreements and contracts.
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments.
- Prepare and submit short and long-term plans and strategies to clients, utilizing marketing programs to reach targets.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams on initiatives.
- Identify and address partnership challenges and issues.
- Track and report on key partnership performance and ROI.
- Apply broad knowledge of the business and integrate your discipline with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education.
- Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, performance measurement, and retention.
- Ability to communicate sensitive and complex information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
