Job summary

TD Securities in London, United Kingdom is seeking an Operations Analyst III – Jira Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will act as the primary bridge between the Regulatory Reporting Group and Technology, managing JIRA items and coordinating with stakeholders across functions to ensure timely delivery.

You will host bi-weekly calls, produce JIRA-based metrics, and escalate risks to governance bodies as required. A strong JIRA background and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, operations, change delivery, governance or regulatory reporting.
• Experience using JIRA to track delivery and produce status reports.
• Experience collaborating with Technology, Compliance and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary bridge between the Regulatory Reporting Group (RRG) and Technology for JIRA items.
• Host bi-weekly stakeholder calls to review JIRA progress and blockers.
• Coordinate with RRG, Technology and Compliance to maintain ownership and delivery dates.
• Produce management metrics and reporting on JIRA volumes, status and risk.
• Escalate delays, risks and governance concerns to appropriate channels.
