Qualifications

• Seven or more years in Medical Affairs operations, coordination, project support, or administration.
• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment experience.
• Experience within a country organisation or local operating company.
• Understanding of compliance, transparency, and regulated country-level processes.
• Country Medical Affairs operations experience, including event and congress planning.
• Contract and procurement systems knowledge, including iCertis or SAP.
• Experience partnering with Finance and Procurement teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain audit readiness through documentation, tracking, and records management.
• Optimise transparency reporting, anti-bribery documentation, and compliance processes.
• Complete assigned medical activities in local systems through regulatory and Good Practice processes.
• Localise global, regional, and local standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Manage vendor onboarding, contracts, purchase orders, budgets, and expense reconciliation.
• Coordinate medical meetings, congress logistics, agendas, actions, and follow-up.
• You bring structure and service focus to cross-functional Medical Affairs operations.
