Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Seven or more years in Medical Affairs operations, coordination, project support, or administration.
• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment experience.
• Experience within a country organisation or local operating company.
• Understanding of compliance, transparency, and regulated country-level processes.
• Experience with procurement systems and cross-functional partnerships.

Aufgaben

• Maintain audit readiness through documentation, tracking, and records management.
• Optimise transparency reporting and anti-bribery documentation and compliance processes.
• Complete assigned medical activities in local systems through regulatory and Good Practice processes.
• Localise global, regional, and local SOPs and work instructions.
• Manage vendor onboarding, contracts, purchase orders, budgets, and expense reconciliation.
• Coordinate medical meetings, congress logistics, agendas, actions, and follow-up.
