Qualifications

• 6+ years in a senior marketing or marketing lead role.
• Experience delivering marketing strategies across UK & Ireland.
• Experience with omnichannel/digital-first marketing; strong ROI focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, CRM, PR, events and retail channels.
• Lead localisation and activation of regional and global marketing initiatives.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention and advocacy with insight-led programmes.
• Plan and deliver customer experiences, events and activations for customers, partners and dealer networks.
• Create dealer marketing assets and best-practice frameworks.
• Analyse campaign performance and optimise ROI and effectiveness.
• Manage regional marketing budgets and align investments with growth objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, agencies, suppliers and stakeholders to enhance market performance.
• Build relationships with media partners, influencers and strategic partners.
• Identify trends and opportunities to support innovation and future growth.
