Job summary

Arthrex UK is seeking a Marketing Associate to support planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, communications and events across the UK. You will help create engaging content, support social media activity, develop marketing collateral and help deliver campaigns that strengthen the Arthrex UK brand.

This is a full-time role (40 hours/week) in a fast-paced, collaborative team. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in marketing or digital marketing, a degree in Marketing or related field, and

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in marketing, communications or digital marketing.
• Degree in Marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital campaigns.
• Proficiency with Canva and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns and events.
• Exposure to Google Ads or other digital platforms is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: develop, schedule and manage engaging content across channels.
• Content Creation: produce graphics, presentations, photography, short-form video and copy.
• Marketing Collateral Creation: design materials for UK sales and campaigns.
• Campaign Execution: support multi-channel campaigns including email and ads.
• Data Analysis: monitor KPIs and provide insights to optimise campaigns.
• Event Support: assist with promotion of medical education events and meetings.
• Internal Communications: support messaging across the organisation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: liaise with internal teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
