The role reports to the Regional Manufacturing Director and focuses on strategy, capital investments and people development. The candidate will bring 10+ years in manufacturing leadership, a strong track record in continuous improvement, asset optimisation, budgeting and CAPEX
Qualifications
- 10+ years' leadership experience in manufacturing.
- Proven track record leading large operations and delivering results.
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge and CAPEX delivery expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing teams to deliver safety, quality, service and cost.
- Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency and asset reliability.
- Develop future leaders, build capability and foster accountability.
- Manage major investment and improvement projects for long-term growth.
- Champion sustainability, regulatory compliance and best-in-class standards.
- Collaborate with UK, regional and EMEA stakeholders to share best practices.
