Qualifications

• Experience leading editorial teams and content production operations (legal content).
• Ability to manage complex workflows across digital and print publishing environments.
• Strong focus on quality, accuracy, timeliness, and operational excellence.
• Experience using performance metrics and reporting to drive outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with commercial and product stakeholders.
• Experience supporting process improvement, automation, or AI-enabled workflows. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
