Job summary

SpaceXAI in the UK is seeking an experienced KYC professional to lead the UK KYC program within Compliance, blending hands-on delivery with design and continuous improvement. You will work with the Global KYC Program Lead to ensure regulatory alignment and strong operational execution.

You will define and implement UK-specific requirements, collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Operations, and contribute to global KYC initiatives while acting as SME on complex matters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct KYC/AML experience in regulated financial services.
• Strong knowledge of UK regulatory requirements for KYC/AML.
• Experience contributing to KYC program design or process improvement.
• Hands-on operational KYC experience with ability to support program work.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a global program context.

Responsibilities

• Define, design and evolve the UK KYC program aligned with global standards.
• Perform day-to-day KYC operations: case handling, escalations, QA.
• Identify gaps and support policy, control and workflow enhancements.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical program elements with stakeholders.
• Develop program docs, training materials, and guidance for UK teams.
• Monitor UK regulatory developments and their impact on KYC.
• Contribute to global KYC initiatives while representing UK needs.
• Act as SME and escalation point for complex KYC matters.
• Track and report performance, risks, and improvements to Global KYC Lead.
